Country Manager - IT Recruitment Consultancy - Singapore
A well established IT in to Banking Consultancy based in SINGAPORE that specialises in placing within the IT into Banking and the financial markets is looking for a COUNTRY MANAGER to lead their expansion into the Asia Pacific region. The company covers a wide range of niche banking IT verticals in the trading applications space and their continued growth has already attracted the calibre of consultants capable of regularly billing seven figures while maintaining the boutique feel of the operation.
As well as having a proven track record you should also have a real visionary way about you and be innovative enough to think outside the box coupled with the drive and enthusiasm to steer this exciting new venture forward while retaining the focus for the day to day business.
PERSON SPEC: ATTRIBUTES, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:
You will ideally have 8 to 10 years recruitment experience
Must possess a proven track record within the Banking & Finance recruitment space
Strong knowledge of Quant's, Sales/Trading or Risk recruitment markets
Hands-on billing & management experience
Business Development expertise
Excellent client facing skills
Adaptable to taking on new markets
Flexibility to set up and run new areas of finance business including Quant's, Structuring, Front Office; Equity; Research`
