The Role This is a truly exciting opportunity for a current team leader/ senior consultant to take on a successful team with a strong background and established reputation in the IT recruitment for Banks and financial institutions. You will also have the opportunity to run your own desk as in this agency, managers do not have to fill spreadsheets every minutes! You still have time to run your own business properly.
The candidate You will be self-motivated and results-oriented with a positive outlook and still have a clear focus on winning and developing new business. As a Specialist IT recruiter you will ideally have experience in working with Banks and financial institutions. Your should also have proven experience in leading and managing teams and in conducting reviews and appraisals. We will also consider
