In the role of Divisional Manager you will take ownership of a Service Line budget and be targeted around the growth of your Service Line's overall contribution. Our client is looking to capitalise on the anticipated growth in the within the IT Recruitment market place in Dubai.
Ideally you will have a good working knowledge of recruiting throughout the Middle East market place.
Specific responsibilities will include:
. Leading from the front; maintaining a profitable Account Management desk within your Service Line
. Day-to-day management and leadership of Team Leaders, Senior Account Managers and Account Managers
. Strategically developing and implementing a targeted approach that ensures maximum market penetration by you and your team
To secure this role you should have the following:
. 6+ years of recruitment experience (must include some IT recruitment experience)
. Experience leading, managing, coaching and mentoring staff at a variety of levels
. A proven track record of successful billing and client development
. Exceptional presentation,communication, influencing and negotiation skills
. An understanding of budgeting, cost management and P&L

For individuals that require sponsorship as a rule of thumb you will require 12 months current work experience in recruitment and hold a recognized degree or five years current relevant recruitment experience with no degree.
