Salary: £85,000 - £100,000 Basic + OTE £300,000

They operate in a number of vertical sectors where their Consultants are experts in their particular fields.
Position
Managing Director for their London office. The role is responsible for managing multiple managers for multiple functions within the office.
The position will carry full P&L responsibility and accountability for driving the sales strategy, as well as driving growth through leadership, direction and development.
Requirement
You will be currently managing recruitment teams either from a single or multiple location
You have a demonstrable track record in driving growth through development of managers and consultants and a history of achieving client growth through teams and effective planning.
You are sales focussed with exceptionally high levels of communication and interpersonal skills.
