Multiple award-winning, market leading Office Support Recruitment business looking for a strong Manager to come in and turn around their Legal Support business, and take this business area forward.
The client has been established for over 30 years, the Legal Secretarial desk has been running for 8 years.
The desk is currently inundated with business, 5 consultants there at the moment who are struggling to cope with the huge business demands of all of their clients. They are first tier with all of the City Law firms and also recruiting heavily for most of the Investment Banks.
They need a Manager who can grow this team from 5 to 10 Consultants within the year and who can establish them in the Legal arena as a ‘Legal Recruiter’. They are not currently known well enough as such so the Manager needs to consider a re-brand for the desk. They have the budget and a marketing department available to help the Manager make this business area become a brand in its own right.
High Basic, and uncapped OTE.
