THE JOB
The role is leading from the front in terms of generating revenue although the position also gets rewarded on its consultant revenues, you will also receive plenty of training and development working not only with an experienced General Manager and CEO but also with other Divisional Team Leaders within the business.
You will be inheriting a very successful team which needs a team mentor as well as a leader. The consultants are all experienced and successful and the service they sell to their clients and the service they offer to their candidates is second to non which makes their consultants extremely successful.
THE COMPANY

SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES
You will be an experienced executive style of Consultant and will have experience in selling a quality recruitment service which includes selling retainers to a variety of industries although exposure to Marketing or Sales would be well regarded.
This opportunity is open to either an experienced consultant who has aspirations to "step up" to a people leadership role or you might already be in a leadership capacity but looking for another challenge.
