THE ROLE:
·You will be responsible for building the new vertical markets within this well established marketing recruitment specialist.
·You will take a hands-on approach to developing business within specific sectors including Retail, FMCG, Public Sector and Technical markets.
·You will be responsible for building the business across the UK and Internationally, taking a proactive approach to market penetration, client strategy and building the business regionally
KEY EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
·Previous marketing recruitment experience is required, preferably with experience of working markets outside of the traditional Professional Services markets.
·Experience of management within recruitment would be advantageous, as in the medium and long-term this role will involve Regional Management responsibilities
·You will be professional, ethical, ambitious and highly motivated.
