Our client is a leading force within the IT recruitment market with a large office in Central Birmingham focusing on Contract and Permanent recruitment. We have a fantastic opportunity to work as a Sales Manager /Director spearheading an existing IT Contract recruitment team. The team will include up to 20 Consultants and the Manager will expect to lead from the front. Your main responsibilities will include ·Manage and lead an existing team of Consultants ·Motivate the team ·Create profit and performance related incentives ·Work on developing your Consultants in weaker areas and helping to develop those individuals We are looking for someone who can bring fresh ideas. Reporting in to the Director you will have the ability to act on your ideas quickly and so this role will suit an individual who enjoys using their own initiative perhaps rather than following a corporate wheel. You must have a strong background in IT recruitment, preferably within Contract recruitment and have experience of driving and developing a large team. Salary depending on level of candidate, however initially looking at a £35-50k bracket. In addition you will receive profit related commission and bonuses Package healthcare, pension, 24 days holiday, car allowance, blackberry.
