RISK/ACTUARIAL/INSURANCE RECRUITMENT CONSULTANTS LONDON TO £35,000 +BONUS
Excellent opportunity to work for this Boutique Financial Services Consultancy based in Central London
This is a rare opportunity to join this well regarded Recruitment Consultancy who specialise in the Financial Services arena as they are now looking to add Talent to their highly established teams.
You will have a proven track record as a strong biller and networker within recruitment, ideally Accountancy or the Professional Services Sector (my client is more than happy to cross train successful consultants from different sectors)
If you are now looking to develop your career with a forward thinking, expanding and CONSULTATIVE business where you are not governed by irrelevant meetings and constant KPI reporting of numbers over quality this is the company for you!
You will only be judged on delivery, how you get there is up to you but you can draw on support as and when required to get the job done!
The ideal candidate shall posses:
Proven Contract or Permanent recruitment experience within the Marketing or Professional Services sector supported by evidence of revenue delivery.
Sound client and candidate relationship skills
Ability to identify and maximise on business opportunities
Ability to work alone and within a team
Enjoys a consultative approach to the business
Professionalism, Drive and Determination
A passion for recruitment and to be at the "top of your game"
