Senior Consultant / Manager
Based in Jersey
Salary up to £35k

My client are in their 25^th year and has grown to become a highly successful specialist recruitment consultancy. This success and diversity can be largely attributed to the calibre and dedication of the people who have chosen to become part of the team. Right now we are looking for a talented individual to head up their operation on the beautiful island of Jersey in the Channel Islands.    

Jersey ((web address removed) ) is one of the worlds foremost and thriving offshore financial centres, fully autonomous, self governing with its own Legislative Assembly, administrative, fiscal, legal systems and its own courts of law. Jersey is neither a member of the UK or EU, however the official language is English, and the cash machines dispense sterling - yet the streets are named in French. So, one way or another, Jersey feels reassuringly familiar to visitors from either side of the Channel. Jersey has excellent bars and a number of Michelin stared restaurants along with fantastic all year round sporting actives. Jersey is picturesque and is home to some of Europe's very best beaches. 

Jersey has historically low rates of tax (you pay no more than 20% but on average it's as low as 7%), there is no VAT and it boasts the 3rd highest GDP per capita anywhere in the world.

THE ROLE
Our client has been established in Jersey since 1997 and have extensive working relationships with most of the world's top off-shore financial clients. After an exceptional period of growth, we now seek a determined and energetic Branch Manager to help develop, motivate & grow an already established and productive team. You will have full responsibility for the branch along with its P&L and you will effectively manage every aspect of the sales process to help grow a thriving and ambitious business even further.

THE REQUIREMENTS
*You should posses a proven track record in recruitment sales management preferably within the financial recruitment industry or be a senior recruitment professional looking for the next step in your career.
*You should be either a graduate or have studied to A level or equivalent.
*You should be highly sales orientated and preferably have worked to targets and on commission.
*You should be one of life's achievers, with the willingness and enthusiasm to work hard to achieve your goals and exceptional financial rewards.
*You will be a confident and effective communicator, easily able to talk to a Managing Director one minute and a college leaver the next.
*You will be tenacious and inspiring leader with high levels of energy, drive and ambition.
*Organised and methodical with a keen eye for detail, you will also have good keyboard skills and excellent written English.
*Preferably hold a REC qualification (although this is not essential).
