DIVISIONAL MANAGER - ACCOUNTANCY AND FINANCE ( C&I ) to 60,000 + BONUS + BENEFITS + OPPORTUNITY TO PROGRESS TO DIRECTOR - LONDON

This highly reputable consultancy who have secured the reputation as a credible and professional Recruitment specialist have an opportunity for an experienced Team Manager or Senior Team Leader looking for progression to develop a successful Perm Financial Services division. There are progression opportunities with this role moving into Director level.


The Role

Operating in a market that continues to offer the potential for growth and opportunity. You will be responsible for developing and maximising a successful team of consultants and business opportunities within the Commerce and Industry space.


Management responsibilities:

  • Playing an integral part of developing the businesses offering
  • Working to structured sales plan and activity to ensure growth
  • Maximising Sales and Gross Margin
  • Ensuring client expectations are being matched by offering a consistently reliable service.
  • Managing, developing and motivating a stable and successful team of 6 consultants.
The Person

Inspirational, influential with the drive to achieve and have the ability to build business and lead sales teams by example. The job will require that tangible, measurable results are achieved through and with people. Assertive, independent, driven and quick paced with the ability to motivate others. Persuasive with the ability to sell concepts and ideas by gaining commitment and winning acceptance.

Ideal candidates will be from within the recruitment industry at management level with experience within the Finance and Accountancy. However, applications would be welcome from proven Senior Consultants within the Accountancy and Finance sector who are looking for their next step on the career ladder.
