This highly regarded successful boutique Recruitment Consultancy are looking to increase headcount to compliment their growth plan in 2011. They have great presence within the City and West End and are the "go to" and preferred recruitment business for FTSE 100 clients for support staff
A great opportunity has arisen for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join the team dealing within the secretarial and office support arena. There are currently good levels of business from a healthy mix of clients and your role with be to further develop and maximise on business opportunities.
You will be dealing with a good cross section of candidates ranging from Administrators to Senior PA's, therefore sound communication skills will be required to enable you to effectively network with clients and candidates to build strong business relationships.
This is a 360 degree consultant role where you will be required to work with an elite client base and be at the top of your game in order to maximise profitability and ultimately your potential earnings and career.
