Commercial Recruitment Manager
Basic c. £55k plus commission and bonuses, OTE £70k plus, working hours 9-5.30pm, 27 days holiday, lovely working environment.

The Person:
The ideal candidate is currently working as a Billing Manager for a mid sized boutique recruitment consultancy within the Office Support, HR, Marketing or Finance Arena. Looking for the step up within a unique organisation looking for a real client facing individual that can really drive, develop and grow their current sales teams across these three areas. This is a billing role. Must be articulate, well presented, with a real passion for recruitment and the development of people. Would suit someone looking for something a bit different.
The Company:
An entrepreneurial organisation working in a unique market with very little competition, also offer a training and career counselling service to all their candidates.
The Role:
Full 360 degree recruitment consultants role, plus a Management role. Currently a very experienced team of five, which they are looking to grow quite quickly. Full P and L responsibility, a values based/ethical recruiter with a unique proposition. Call Ruella for further details.
