Our client is an established and recognised recruitment consultancy, specializing within the Office Support and Commercial sectors. They have a very reputable client base in this sector and a solid reputation amongst their clients and candidates. The opportunity
They are currently seeking a Temporaries Recruitment Consultant to work within their Office Support/Commercial recruitment sector. The role will be to take over some existing temps (around 20) and maintain/manage these but to also develop new business. You will be able to work with some warm clients and have the opportunity to be successful very quickly and this will lead to commission being earned fairly quickly.
The role will involve the full recruitment cycle, from sales & business development to meeting clients and winning and filling bookings as well as managing accounts and working on existing assignments.
Your background
We are seeking individuals who have temp's recruitment experience, ideally within the office support/commercial sector or rom other professional services sectors such as Legal, Finance/Accountancy, etc. You will possess drive, ambition and a very strong desire to succeed and you will be motivated by the potential of doing well by working on a warm desk and successfully achieving targets. You will have a stable work history with the ability to converse with all levels of professional candidates and clients. Knowledge of working in London/City will be advantageous.
