The Package:Basic
salary 26-34K (depending on experience) plus OTE and company car. Working hours will run from 8.00am until 6.00pm although a flexible approach to these hours is essential.
The Recruitment Role:We are seeking experienced Catering Recruitment Branch Managers to work these busy Hospitality divisions in our client's Bristol office.Working with catering/hospitality temporary staff across a broad range of skills and throughout this busy marketplace.
The Person Spec:
This position would suit a strong Catering Recruiter with excellent leadership & management skills along with proven business development ability, who feels they have the ability to grow this branch further and develop and manage the team of Recruitment Consultants.You will be required to develop the business and hit targets as well as directly manage and develop the recruitment team, setting targets for individuals to achieve. Ensure continued profitability of the branch and promote the brand to existing and new clients. Win new business and secure major PSL accounts.
