Recruitment Divisional Manager required in Birmingham
The Package:
Basic salary between 25-28K + commission & benefits Car allowance 5K per annum Company pension and Private Health Insurance after a qualifying period. 26.5 days annual leave, share scheme
The Role:
Our client now seeks a Industrial Divisional Manager for their Northants operation. Duties will include: Recruit all staff in line with best practice. Manage a team of five successful recruiters - some 200 plus temps. Manage advertising in line with branch budget. Operate in line with company code of conduct. Maximise margins at every opportunity and utilise all available sources of labour to minimise cost or recruitment. Carry out all administration in line with best practice. Service customers in line with best practice. Maintain a pool of quality labour immediately available at all times. All advertising to meet best practice and comply with all relevant codes of conduct. You will be accountable for achieving the following: To maintain a labour pool of in excess of 20% of current weekly workforce. (Recruit 20% of temps out figure). Advertising to be in line with branch budget. Exceed pre agreed cost per recruit. Ensure recruitment and selection process in line with best practice.
