Established since 1986, Personnel and Care Bank are a leading social care recruitment company with 7 branches across the Midlands & London, proud to have one of the highest levels of staff retention in the industry. Based in our busy Barnet offices, you will be leading our 'Wembley' branch who primarily focuses on the Child Care & Education sectors. Joining a strong, committed recruitment team of 4, passionate about our clients & candidates, we are looking for a dynamic, motivated Branch Manager to be a sales focused leader, developing our business throughout London & Hertfordshire.
MINIMUM EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
- Recruitment team management: 2 years
- Sales & New Business development: 1 year
- Care / Education Sector (preferable but not essential)
Driving business development, you will be proactive & focused, spending much of your time researching the area, generating leads and visiting prospective clients to offer PCB services. A dedicated team leader, you will have pride in ensuring all branch staff members are trained & developed accordingly, in order to carry out their job roles to maximum efficiency. You will be responsible for monitored staff performance daily, weekly & monthly through daily updates, team focus meetings & business reviews, & will build & own the business strategy for your branch. This is an extremely 'hands on' role, supporting your team to attract and place candidates in temporary and permanent placements.
To qualify, you must have recruitment managerial experience, (ideally within Social Care / Child Care or Education however this is not essential) & strong leadership skills to support your team. Motivated & energetic, your desire to gain new clients & really develop your branch business, demonstrated in your friendly, driven personality will reach out to current & prospective clients.
