BRANCH MANAGER/TEAM LEADER

BASIC SALARY £25-£30K plus COMMISSION plus CAR/CAR ALLOWANCE

  

My client now has an opportunity for an existing Branch Manager or Senior Consultant/Team Leader ready to take the next step in their career! This person will have good commercial awareness and business acumen, capable of analysing the market and identifying dentify business opportunities. Experience of managing a team ideal but would also appeal to a  Senior Recruiter looking for progression!

The Client: A privately owned and well established employment business with branches throughout the UK that has experienced consistent growth since its inception. Reputation for service and delivery in a range of Commercial, Technical and Industrial Sectors.

The Role: Reporting to your Area Manager, you will be responsible for a small Industrial team as it moves to brand new premises in a central location. In addition to running the branch, you will manage your own desk, maximising sales from existing clients and creating new business opportunities. You will use your mentoring, motivation and sales skills to ensure your team meets achievable KPIs and grow your part of the business.

The Candidate: This is an outstanding opportunity for an existing Branch Manager or for a Senior Consultant/Team Leader ready to take the next step. A minimum of 3-5 years Industrial Temps or relevant Commercial sector experience, proven sales consistency and knowledge of the local market are essential. For a genuine self-starter with drive and enthusiasm, the prospects are excellent.
