Recruitment - Managing Consultant - Commercial Perms - Reading

The Package:
Salary band 28-32K depending on career history and ability + OTE with other benefits including: 22 days annual leave rising with service to 25 days annually, private healthcare, life insurance, stakeholder pension (cont after 12 months), child care vouchers, corporate loyalty card, season ticket loan (tube), subsidised gym membership, wine club membership.

The Recruitment Brief:
As the Managing Consultant for the Perm team of this office you will compliment the Managing Consultant on the Temporary team.

This is a newly created role and one that will support the overall manager of the office. This role is to manage the 3 existing perm consultants whilst developing business revenue.

Ideally looking for someone with strong commercial secretarial experience with knowledge of the Thames Valley area.
