You will work on a warm desk placing permanent IT staff into the commerce & industry marketplace. You will work alongside an established team of 6 consultants who have made fantastic in-roads into the Bristol IT marketplace and for the right individual; you will have the opportunity to lead the team.
You will be confident, motivated, driven by money and of graduate calibre. You will need to have excellent rapport building skills, a pro-active approach and an ability to think on your feet. You will be an experienced recruitment consultant ideally having gained some form of management or leadership experience. You will be rewarded highly for strong performance.
