Branch Manager – Commercial & Industrial Recruitment - Huntingdon, Cambridgeshire

Role:
This branch is well established yet still in need of development therefore an experienced Branch Manager with a strong, steady career & proven track record in Recruitment is needed to take the branch to the next level.

Your ROLE as Manager will entail all aspects of running and developing a busy branch to stabilize the business and build a solid team, maximise the opportunities that have already been established within the area, deliver a growth plan, include sales and client visits, staff management and coaching. To achieve the success this branch needs a proactive, sales driven individual who can lead a team from the front in a hands-on / roll up your sleeves manner.

Some of the team is on track and doing well, others will be relying on your leadership skills & industry knowledge to assist them in achieving their full potential.

ATTRIBUTES, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:
1. You MUST HAVE Recruitment experience ideally with commercial or Industrial
2. At least 3 years in recruitment as a minimum coupled with sales and management skills.
3. You must also have good knowledge of the Northamptonshire area.
4. Without doubt this role calls for strong sales & interpersonal skills
5. Must have team leadership & strong man-management skills
6. Strong desire for success
7. Motivated, self starter who is hard working and diligent
8. A confident communicator
