The Opportunity
The role is a senior appointment as the Manager of a key location.
The opportunity has arisen for you to utilize your strategic, creative, motivational, communication, organization and proactive talents to their maximum given your responsibility for the shaping, development, implementation, training and management activities.
The responsibilities of this role are directly aligned to the achievement and ideally exceeding, the corporate business plans and objectives.
Reporting to a Senior Area Manager, you will be managing a team of consultants across Temporary and Permanent disciplines.
Whilst a senior appointment itself, you will have your short, medium and long term career aspirations managed by a team of senior individuals whose focus is to offer vision, inspiration, support, excellent man management and operational values to you.

Your Background
An excellent track record in Office Support recruitment at either Management or Team Leader level.
Able to demonstrate with credible examples of staff development, business generation, decision making, proactive thinking and innovation
Previous management experience including budgetary responsibilities, target performance management and staff development would be ideal.
Your attributes include, but are not limited to, excellent communication skills, numerate ability, goal driven, focused on quality, openness, integrity, resilience and enthusiasm
