Recruitment Consultant (Temps)

Commercial/Office Support/Business Support

London

Up to £35k, OTE £75k + excellent benefits

  

A global brand is looking for additional Recruitment Consultants to join their Central London office

  

The Opportunity

  

Our client is seeking a Temps Recruitment Consultant in their established London office. They have been established in this location for several years and they have a solid reputation. They have a good inflow of vacancies and candidates and the role will involve the full recruitment cycle, including business development and sales, negotiating with clients, attending client meetings and sourcing and interviewing candidates.

The opportunity is to join as a Temps Consultant within an existing team. You will be expected to perform the full recruitment cycle, including sales and business development, however this is an established business and you will benefit from existing relationships, clients and candidates. You will work with an excellent support consultant who is very good at sourcing and matching and ensuring that the bookings are filled

You will have a wide geographic region to work in and you will be able to run your desk autonomously; this is not a micro managed environment, however you will clearly have set objectives and targets to achieve but as an experienced recruiter, you will be used to this.

Your background

We are seeking recruitment consultants that have recruitment experience preferably within the commercial/office/business support sector although other relevant sectors will also be considered. You will have performed the full recruitment cycle, including sales and business development and you will also be used to offering high levels of service to your clients.
