Divisional Manager : Commercial/Office
Based Manchester

* £30,000 - £45,000 (totally depending upon experience)
* Uncapped and achievable OTE

Our client is an established Recruitment Business who specialise in Commercial, Office and Call Centre Recruitment.

They currently have an opportunity for a Divisional Manager to grow and lead the team. There is an existing small team, but the plans are to grow this team quite quickly. They need a strong, focused manager who is able to support the team and establish long term relations with clients.
They aim to deliver a "second to none service" to clients and candidates and this is contributing to their phenomenal success.
Reporting to the Company Directors you will be responsible for setting your own targets and budgets coupled with managing your P&L. You will also have full responsibility for your teams' development, appraisals and any personnel issues that may arise.

Branch Management is a business development, sales mentoring and developmental role so you must be self-motivated and prepared to give whatever it takes to achieve the best results and rewards.
There are many qualities needed to become a successful recruitment manager, energy, intelligence, drive, confidence, and, above all, an unshakeable belief in yourself and a strong desire to succeed.

You will have strong persuasion skills and a highly competitive attitude. The culture is passionate, enthusiastic, friendly, direct and demanding.
A full UK driving license is essential for the role.
