Recruitment Manager : Commercial Recruitment
Up to £45k basic (dependent on exp) + bonus + benefits

An exciting opportunity to join a new branch of a phenomenally successful business who have continued to grow and are profitable even during the recession. They have a number of clients in the North West and are looking to build on this business.
THE CLIENT:
My client are a corporate, professional recruitment consultancy who have an excellent reputation for quality and an ethical environment. An independent who are highly profitable, they have a reputation for working ethically and retaining their client base through working closely and efficiently.
THE ROLE:
Taking over the responsibility for existing clients and contracts in the North West, the remit will be to build a team of recruitment consultants along with winning and developing new business. There is masses of potential with this role as the business will be looking to grow considerably in the next few years.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
Commercial recruitment, ideally at management level, however, a senior consultant looking for their next move will be considered.. The ability to work to targets with an entrepreneurial flair and the ability to work with autonomy, the directors of the business offer support when necessary but don?t suffocate their consultants/managers with micro management.
