Senior Recruitment Consultant Construction / Energy

Nottingham, Sheffield, Manchester

Manager / Regional Manager Designate position

Salary to £30k basic

High realistic 1st year OTE with Guarantees

The Opportunity:

You will be mentored by a highly skilled Divisional Manager who will groom you over the next few years to become a Regional Manager, so your ambition must be resolute.

Role:

You will be given a portfolio of 'Warm to Hot' clients to further develop. It will be a fast paced and demanding role with very exciting rewards and challenges.
You will be liaising with large Construction Companies on their requirements for Contract 'White Collar' professional as well as Public Sector 'Blue Collar' staff.
This will involve many 'Client Visits' where you will take 'Vacancy Briefs'.
