Senior Recruitment Consultant - Construction (Permanent)

Uxbridge, Middlesex

Up to £45k, OTE £75k + equity in time

Our client is a new business that has been set up and is already winning big contracts due to the background of the two Directors who own the business. They have set the business up to operate within the Construction sector and are also looking at two other sectors to add on.

They are seeking a Senior Consultant to head up the permanent construction division; being hands on and actively taking responsibility of your own revenue generation whilst actively growing a team of recruiters around you. The opportunity would suit an experienced Team Leader who is ready to be counted and who would like to forge ahead with their career by building a team and truly becoming a divisional manager.

There will be business to work on immediately but you will be instrumental in adding new business by winning new clients and generating revenue from these accounts.
