Midlands

£25k - £30k + Bonus + Benefits

The Company My client is a Construction Consultancy, an independent company with branches across the midlands & the North. This would be an ideal opportunity for an experienced Senior Consultant or Manager looking for a new challenge or a step up in their career.

The Role Reporting directly to the Regional Director you will be responsible for the development of this branch in the Midlands, with particular emphasis on delivering excellent solutions and service to your client and candidates unique specifications and requirements within Trades & Labour.

Total responsibility for running the branch and recruiting your own team, whilst managing your own desk and work load, you will proactively seek new business and implement the recruitment requirements of your vertical market. You will strive to achieve your set branches KPI's and generate revenue comparable to your target.

You will contribute to the success and development of the business, delivering year on year growth and capitalising on future growth opportunities by creating and encouraging a culture where continuous learning and development is respected and valued.

An opportunity also exists for you to gain equity within the business and progress your career into a Director role!

The Candidate

Degree educated is desirable but not essential. The successful candidate will have a proven track record and experience of developing and recruiting within the construction/trades & labour sector across a geographical location.

A proven track record of successfully managing your own desk coupled with the ability to consistently achieve KPI targets and deliver monthly revenue. This person will be able to demonstrate management development skills and contribute as a team player.

This person will have good commercial awareness within the midlands and business acumen, capable of analysing the regional market and market trends. With the ability to identify business opportunities, creating business plans and implementing strategy.
