Recruitment Consultant - Industrial/Driving
Slough, Berkshire
Salary up to £25k, OTE £45k ++ excellent benefits

Our client has a successful business already and they are looking to expand their network of offices in the South and are looking to set up an office in Slough. They are seeking a recruitment consultant who has experience of the full recruitment consultant cycle, including business development and sales and has the capacity to help set up this office and then lead it by becoming the manager in time.
The role
- As a recruitment consultant, you will initiate, develop and manage relationships with clients and prospects for the supply of individuals within the industrial and or driving sector.
- All the recruitment consultant's administrative responsibilities will be managed by a servicing consultant to allow you focus on your expertise of sales and client development.
- Working closely with your servicing consultant, you will take the business area you develop to its maximum potential and profit, through the development of sales and on-going relationships.
- You will have a high presence with clients through constant rapport building and ensuring all service levels are being met.

- Strong evidence of proven sales ability as a recruitment consultant or senior recruitment consultant (open on background)
- Smart, articulate, honest and committed.
- Excellent sales, planning, negotiation skills.
