European Recruitment Team Leader - IT Recruitment
London
Salary up to £40k, OTE £80k + excellent benefits
Our client is a specialist IT recruitment consultancy that provides a variety of IT recruitment services to clients including SAP, Oracle, Peoplesoft, etc. They have been established for over 15 years and have a very successful track record of achievement in all areas of their business services.
They are currently seeking IT Recruitment Team Leader or Senior Consultant or even a Sales Manager to take over an existing team of 10 Consultants within their European division. Applicants with IT recruitment experience or some form of technical recruitment will be preferred but other candidate backgrounds will be considered. As you will be managing a team that works across Europe, knowledge of another European language will be beneficial.
The role will be hands on coaching and developing the consultants and growing the team further as there is a business development manager in place who is bringing in vast amounts of business across Europe.
They types of people that would suit the business include business minded professionals who really have the ambition and desire to do well. The environment is relaxed in that people work in a very autonomous style.
