The Package:
Salary expectations between 28-32K plus a generous commission structure + 4.2K car allowance + OTE.
Benefits include 22 days holidays rising to 25 days with service. Stakeholder Pension and Healthcare after 1 years service.
Hours of work vary in shifts from 7.00am -6.30pm
The Recruitment Brief:
Our client is now looking for a Recruitment Branch Manager for their office based in Central London.
Ideally you will a proven track record in management, sales and business development.
You must have the ability to lead and motivate a strong team of Recruitment Consultants.
They are looking for a bright and tenacious individual with a desire for success!
You will have knowledge in setting and working to targets and have excellent training and coaching ability.
