An extremely exciting opportunity to join a well established, extremely successful business whom are looking for a branch manager due to internal promotion.
THE CLIENT:
The client are a successful international recruitment consultancy who have an excellent reputation for quality and an ethical environment. There business is doing well and they are looking to expand their Newcastle operation.
THE ROLE:
Taking over the management of a team of 5 consultants this is a role where you will be client facing, however, the main remit is the support, coaching, mentoring and development of the consultants. They have a reputation for quality, therefore, a track record of long standing successful relationships is a must (both consultants and clients).
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
Recruitment experience is a must along with a solid, stable track record of success within the industry. You must be able to show that you are capable of achieving target through effective management of your recruitment consultants
Package and Benefits:
* Basic up to £40k OTE £uncapped (dependent on experience)
* Company car / car allowance
