Recruitment Team Leader/Senior Recruitment Consultant

London

Salary to £45k, OTE £80k + benefits

We are working with an award winning recruitment company with a £multi-million turnover; they are seeking an additional experienced Recruitment Team Leader or a Senior Recruitment Consultant to help develop one of their established divisions.

To build on the success of the permanent Energy team which was formed in 2010, to service clients in specialized fields within Oil & Gas, Wind and Mineral Exploration, they are committed to seriously expanding their capacity under a separate brand identity in 2012 and they need some strong talent to do this.

You will be expected to have significant experience as a Senior Consultant and be ready to support a number of Senior Consultant on their development path, whilst delivering a sales performance yourself.

The drive and determination of the Directors will demonstrate to you that this company has a very exciting future.  They are stable, very liquid and have a clear strategy of what they are looking to achieve over the next 2 years.

Skills/Experience

• 3Years Experience in Permanent recruitment - ideally, Engineering, Energy or IT
• Strong Appreciation of Managing by Objectives and developing new recruits through structured training methods
• Quality focused - Strong Winning mentality
• Strong Work ethic
• Account Management and Client facing business development experience
• Lateral Thinker, creative problem solver.
