International group with offices across UK looking for Managing Consultant to join their hugely successful Finance team based in Reading recruiting for Temporary Part Qualified Finance.
This client has an excellent and long standing reputation in the market having been established for the last 30 years, it enjoys particular achievement in the Finance arena. The client has strong relationships with most of the large blue chip and FTSE 100 businesses across the UK and its offices cross sell with great reward. Many Consultants in Reading are earning as much as, if not more than their London counterparts.
This strong team need an impressive Managing Consultant to come in and lead from the front, someone who is an outstanding Temps biller but who can also push their Consultants to achieve the maximum and encourage them to continually build on what they already have.
The successful applicant will have at least 2 years experience recruiting for Temporary Finance staff, either in London or in Reading. They will have already managed a team or be ready for that next step having reached a glass ceiling with their current employer. You should also have a proven track record of consistently high temp billings and have an excellent understanding of Temp rate structures etc.
In return the client will reward well with uncapped earnings and one of the best bonus schemes in the industry.
