Recruitment Branch Manager

Our client is a large Corporate Recruitment Business with locations across the world. They specialise in Generalist and Professional Services Recruitment and have had a branch network across the UK for many years.
They currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Recruitment Manager to head up this large and successful team. The team is in need of a strong manager who is able to support, mentor and lead from the front. They have a combination of local ad-hoc and corporate accounts. The team is mixed ability with trainees through to experienced senior consultants. They handle largely Commercial vacancies from this location.
Reporting to the Regional manager you will be responsible for setting your own targets and budgets coupled with managing your P&L. You will also have full responsibility for your teams' development, appraisals and any personnel issues that may arise. You will be a leader for the brand and will ensure that your team represents the values successfully.
You will be self-motivated and prepared to give whatever it takes to achieve the best results and rewards.
There are many qualities needed to become a successful recruitment manager, energy, intelligence, drive, confidence, and, above all, an unshakeable belief in yourself and a strong desire to succeed.
You will have strong persuasion skills and a highly competitive attitude. The culture is passionate, enthusiastic, friendly, direct and demanding.
A full UK driving license is essential for the role.

Previous Recruitment Industry (Agency) experience is essential, as is a successful track record within this field.
