Recruitment Team Leader - Pharmaceutical Recruitment

Salary up to £40k, OTE £80k + excellent benefits

Our client is a specialist recruitment consultancy that provides a variety of recruitment services to clients across the UK and Europe. They have been established for over 15 years and have a very successful track record of achievement in all areas of their business services.

They are currently seeking a Recruitment Team Leader or Senior Consultant or even a Sales Manager to take over an existing team of 2 Consultants within their Pharmaceutical division.  Applicants must have recruitment experience or some form and various recruitment backgrounds will be considered; professional services recruitment experience will be preferred.

The role will be hands on coaching and developing the consultants and growing the team further as well as having your own fee generation/billing responsibilities.
