A challenging opportunity has arisen in Gloucester for a Branch Manager to oversee the commercial,industrial and driving sectors.
The continued growth of this well established branch has been built on managing both client and candidate expectations and a great reputation in providing unrivalled care to a portfolio of blue chip clients. You may currently be a Senior Consultant looking for your next move or an existing Branch Manager seeking a new challenge.
Main responsibilities will be Manage the recruitment and induction of new starters, review staff performance on a regular basis providing encouragement , support and coaching if required, ensure all staff are achieving targets and meeting all necessary levels of service and quality. Use of effective of business development techniques to generate new business whilst successfully enhancing your reputation with existing clients.
The ideal candidate will be sales focused, with a commercial awareness and have a proven managerial/senior consultant background. This positiion would suit a person who can work unde pressure, self motivated and driven with a positive attitude.
