This is a fantastic opportunity to make your own mark within this unique business. Have you been managing a small team and feel ready to take the next step?  Are you currently training and mentoring consultants around you and feel ready to step into a billing management role?

 

We are looking for a Commercially Minded Recruitment Manager with experience running teams or mentoring consultants across the IT space. This role will see you leading a Perm IT Division of 5 billing consultants, providing full training, mentoring and guidance. Each consultant specialises in a technical vertical. You will also conduct management reporting and statistics, whilst monitoring the Profit and Loss of your team.  You will be required to hire more consultants as the business grows, and report directly into the Head of IT.  In addition to this you will have your own billing responsibilties and desk, choosing to focus on a technical vertical of your choice.  You will be rewarded with your own commission structure, as well as team bonus and team performance overrides.

 

Your experience to date will have given you the skills to :

  • Implement recruitment processes and systems
  • Lead from the front in terms of billing or business development/ "rain making" for the team
  • Hire consultants and assist with Training, Mentoring, Guidance and Development
  • Use your market knowledge to assist with business development and sector growth
  • Provide weekly reporting statistics to management, and monitor your P&L
