Job Description

  • Senior Management Role - Full P&L Responsibilities
  • $90K - $120K + Super + Comms and Bonuses/Overrides
  • Large Privately Owned IT Agency in the CBD

My Client is a well established privately owned IT Recruitment agency in the heart of Sydney's CBD.  They have offices all over Australia, the UK and Asia, and have over 20+ years market presence. Being privately owned, they have the freedom and autonomy of a boutique, no answering to invisible stakeholders!! They have a great presence in the market and are well known and successful in what they do.

 

Due to such substantial growth in 10/11, they currently sit on many large PSA accounts across IT, Banking and Finance, IT Consultancies, FMCG, Retail and Government .  They have sector driven teams which manage and develop these clients, and require an experienced Divisional Manager to head up their IT&T Team.

 

  • Currently there are 2 billing consultants in the team, with a remit to grow.
  • You will be responsible for your team, mentoring and supporting the other team members, hiring and growing the team, training and development. 
  • You will be rewarded with Team Overrides and additional Management Bonuses.
  • Well established brand - strong database and a mix of PSA business and high margin SME clients
  • Successfull and billing consultants to inherit - and hire more!

On top of this you will maintain your own successful billing desk within the sector, and have the support of your team and a DELIVERY/RESOURCE unit to assist you with your billings. 

 

Salary On Offer ranges from $90,000 - $120,0000 + Super + Commissions + Overrrides, depending on experience.

 

To be successful in this role, you will possess the following:

  • 1 + years Team Lead or Management Experience in IT Recruitment OR
  • 4 + years Recruitment Experience as a 360 consultant (and have experience mentoring and training junior consultants) 
  • Drive and Determination to build your career and step into a management role - and be rewarded for it
  • Autonomous, Confident, Professional and Genuine Recruiter
  • Good Sense of Humour and willingness to learn!
