My Client is a well established privately owned Recruitment agency in the heart of Sydney's CBD, with offices also in Singapore.  They have divisions that encompass IT, Sales and Marketing, Engineering/Construction, and Executive.  Their business culture is mature, respectable and autonomous.  They have a reputation in the market for providing a consultative approach to recruitment, with a team of experienced and well known industry professionals.

 

Due to such substantial growth in 10/11, they are currently seeking an IT Permanent Divisional Manager in Sydney, and an IT Team Leader for Singapore.

 

The role in Sydney will see you reporting directly into the IT Manager, with full P&L Responsibilities for 5 perm IT billing consultants, each of which specialise in their own technical vertical market.  You will also be responsible for billing and managing your own desk, whilst supporting and mentoring your high performing team.  You can chose among a selection of technical verticals to focus your own billings.  As a business there are numerous career development opportunities, into Sector Manager, State Manager and overseas opportunities.

 

Salary On Offer is open to discussion depending on experience, what your prepared to bring to the table, and your ability to build revenue around it.

 

To be successful in this role, you will possess the following:

  • 1 + years Team Lead or Management Experience in Recruitment OR 5+ Years Recruitment Experience, with some management/training or mentoring in your current role
  • Drive and Determination to build your career and step into a management role, to be accountable and rewarded accordingly
  • Autonomous, Confident, Professional and Genuine Recruiter
  • Good Sense of Humour, corporate and professional approach.
