Team Leader, London, competitive salary and excellent earnings potential.
My client, a niche IT recruitment consultancy is due to open their second office in the city of London in September. With this in mind they are looking for a proven IT recruitment team leader to manage the team and help grow the office.
Established 4 years ago, turnover has increased to £1m, focusing on the provision of contract and permanent IT professionals.
As an experienced recruiter wishing to become team leader; you will have a minimum of 2-3 years IT recruitment experience, the latter having been in a supervisory role. You will have proven billing figures of at least £150k-£200k in the past 12 months and you will possess the ambition and drive to take the next step up in recruitment.
You will have strong supervisory experience; you will be tenacious and ready to take this business to the next level as team leader.
