IT Recruitment Manager : Permanent, Executive Recruitment
Up to £40k (dependent on exp) + guarantee + bonus + benefits

THE CLIENT:
The client are a successful independent recruitment consultancy who have an excellent reputation for quality and an ethical environment. Their business is doing extremely well and they are looking to expand their Leeds operation. A hard working, forward thinking environment where they are successful through building and expanding on their client and candidate relationships. Specialists in Technology recruitment covering both contract and permanent recruitment.
THE ROLE:
There is a team in place concentrating on permanent technology recruitment, a number of existing clients to work with whilst you are building relationships with new clients. The remit is to grow the team further therefore you will be tasked with identifying new talent to join the team. Plenty of potential for an ambitious, talented recruitment consultant or manager. Plenty of remit to recruit across the UK and Europe.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
Recruitment experience is essential although team fit is just as important. You may be currently working at senior consultant level looking for your next career move or alternatively you may be an experienced recruitment manager. Ability to work to targets and have a proactive approach to sales and new business development within recruitment.
Package and Benefits:
* Basic up to £40k + guarantee OTE £uncapped (dependent on experience)
