My client is a specialist IT Recruitment consultancy established for over 30 years and today one of the market leading technology recruiters. They are currently looking to strengthen their Leeds team with a new Sales Manager to head up the permanent and contract team and drive forward this already solid business.
SALES MANAGER / BRANCH MANAGER / IT RECRUITMENT
Job Title: Sales Manager, IT Perm and Contract Recruitment
Location: Leeds
Salary: Negotiable D.O.E circa £45k + benefits
OTE: £80-100k

The role:
·The role of Sales Manager will involve managing a successful and effective sales force which will grow in line with the business strategy.
·The Sales Manager will oversee the Leeds office and will be responsible for driving forward sales and profitability of the perm and contract divisions, as well as staff retention, training and ongoing development
·You will inherit existing teams in both perm and contract and will be responsible for promoting new business, senior client development and promotion of the brand
The ideal candidate:
·The successful candidate will ideally have proven experience in the management and leadership of a sales force and will therefore require strong coaching skills
·Additionally, the successful candidate should have experience of working as a recruitment consultant within IT Recruitment
·Ideally they should also have a track record of managing or coaching sales teams, developing forecasts, improving margins and increasing revenues
·They will be professional, ethical, quality-driven with a positive and energetic attitude.
The Leeds Sales Manager will report into the National Directors and will have longer term progression to Sales Director.
