Billing Team Leader - IT Recruitment - Bromley
Package and Benefits:
Basic 30-£50K (dependent of experience and demonstrable achievements) .OTE £uncapped no threshhold to 20% of billings
Working hours - Mon - Thurs 8.30-6.0. Fri. 8.30-5.30. Annual leave 23 days plus bank holidays.
The Role:
This exciting opportunity for an experienced Team Leader to build a new team of strong IT Recruitment Consultants. Ideally to cover a variety of vertical markets across the UK and Europe.
Reporting into two Directors who will offer full support and agreed direction. The role will involve working very closely with existing Recruitment Consultants, coaching and mentoring and assisting them in achieving/exceeding their KPI's and their financial targets.
Planning the strategic growth of the Recruitment team will become an integral part of this role, enhancing revenue and streamlining structure and organisation within the office, to lay the way for growth and continued success.
Required Experience:
Recruitment Management/Operations experience, able to work /produce team P & L , KPI's and understanding what makes a team of Recruitment Consultants tick. Knowledge of the IT Recruitment process within both perm and temporary markets would be a definite advantage. A solid track record of success recruiting, training and motivating Recruitment teams and setting/achieving targets is essential.
