I.T Recruitment Manager. I am working on behalf of an international Recruitment Specialist who focus on the IT sector, with over 45 offices in 14 countries you will be joining an established market leader in this field. Due to continued success they are currently looking to expand its perms division in the west Midlands and seeking an experienced I.T Consultant to lead this team. The Role: You will be working as a Recruitment Consultant specialising in IT · Business Development & Sales · Client relations, negotiation, sales · Manage a large team of experienced Consultants · Ability to looking outside the box to source the right candidates · Ability to meet targets in a highly pressurised environment · Interviewing, screening and matching high demand candidates to specific roles · Working to high standards and providing a superior service at all times The Person: You will have the ability to communicate at all levels, have an excellent telephone manner and experience of working within I.T recruitment. This is a demanding, varied and challenging role but an excellent opportunity to manage your own division autonomously. · Previous recruitment team leader experience ideally gained within IT or a similar market sector. · Proven achievements and success in your recruitment career to date. · Evidence of stable work record, career planning and the stamina to succeed in previous roles. · Pro-active attitude · Sales driven and ambitious · Motivated and hungry for success. The Package: · Basic salary £35.000K - £45,000. £85,000 OTE and benefits package · Opportunities to progress NOW…..
