Recruitment Manager : Logistics Recruitment
Up to £45k basic (dependent on exp) + bonus + benefits
Birmingham
Joining a phenomenally successful recruitment business, multi disciplined with an existing temporary logistics business. Great opportunity to be instrumental in growing the division.
THE CLIENT:
My client is a corporate, professional recruitment consultancy who have an excellent reputation for quality and an ethical environment. An independent who are profitable and have exciting plans for expansion in the coming year, they have a reputation for working ethically and retaining their client base through working closely and efficiently. Specialists in banking, executive and logistics recruitment.
THE ROLE:
There is already a very successful temporary logistics business with a solid bank of clients working successfully from their offices in Birmingham. The remit for the role is to develop a permanent business to work alongside their temporary offering. The strategy is to build a small team of perm recruitment consultants over the next 12 months then building upon that success from there.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
Recruitment experience, sector experience is advantageous, you must have a proven track record recruitment industry of new business development alongside growing existing accounts. The ability to work to targets with an entrepreneurial flair and to work with autonomy.
