Senior Branch Manger/Operations Manager - Marketing Recruitment - Birmingham, Midlands
Company:
A quality focused boutique recruitment consultancy specialising in placing marketing & communications staff across a variety of sectors. These include Agency, B2B, Consumer, Public Sector and Non Profit Organisations. Their services comprise interim and freelance recruitment and permanent appointments through database, advertised or executive search.
To run the Birmingham office, partially through proactive business development but more importantly your role will be the development of the team.
You will develop the business through proactive sales, leading your team in a hands-on fashion, coaching & mentoring as well as sales & client visits.
This role is not just about sales, the company dont have a bums on seat attitude its about building on a business for the long term - your personality and self determination will prove a key point in this.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
Ideally youll have a specialist recruitment background (min 3 years) - although the company may not discount other markets e.g. Commercial
Proven man-management skills
Capable of working in a "hands-on" fashion and leading from the front
Driving the sales activity of Consultants, coaching / training & developing
Focussing more experienced mature consultants to improve their productivity
Capable of building teams (recruiting, training, coaching, developing)
PEOPLE SKILLS - Must have "gravitas", able to impact and influence, strong leadership qualities
Sales focussed - good business developer, ability to leverage more business from existing client relationships and within the Group subsidiary companies.
