Job Description

My client is an international, multiple award winning, market leading Secretarial Recruiter.  They have a successful Reading office whose Consultants can often earn as much if not more than their London counterparts.

Thanks to an excellent market reputation in the area, strong client base and tight well managed team, Consultants are reaping great rewards.

Their Office Support Permanent team are currently seeking an Executive Consultant who will handle their larger, more high profile clients and who can deal with multiple vacancies.

The successful applicant will have a proven track record as a Recruiter - at least 3 years experience.  They will have already worked in the Berkshire or London markets previously and should have good business knowledge.  The candidate will come in at this highly sought after and well respected level of Executive Consultant.  The candidate will be expected to develop further an already successful patch and understand that business development will still be a priority.

Basic Salary up to £33k, but consultants at this level can earn up to £80k + in bonuses.
