The Package:
Basic salary up to 21K. This company offer an attractive bonus scheme and work on a flexible basis depending on workload, typically 8am-6pm.
The Recruitment Role:
Ideal candidates will come from a Commercial background with excellent business-to-business sales and communication skills and strong entrepreneurial tendencies. The Recruitment Consultant should be a self-motivated character with an aptitude to build long-term supplier relationships is essential as is a target driven approach.
A day in the life of a recruitment consultantThere's more to it than you might think -Identifying specific client requirementsDeveloping existing relationships Working on new business development Interviewing candidates, over the 'phone and face-to-face Matching client and candidate requirements Managing the offer and resignation process Providing confidential and professional advice throughout
