Our City based client is a firmly established and well respected recruitment consultancy. Through specialising in high-end technology and finance focused opportunities, our client has developed lasting relationships with some of the UK's largest companies. Due to growth they now have an exciting and rare opening for a Trainee / Graduate Recruitment Consultant to join their City based team.
As a Trainee / Graduate Recruitment Consultant you can expect to receive the very best in training form an experienced team of proven high level billers that will cover the full recruitment and sales life cycles. This hands-on role will cover the full spectrum of recruitment from candidate generations through to client sales and management, where you can expect to build and manage a growing client base from day one.
Applications are invited from first class graduates who posses a minimum of 6-12 months b2b sales experience or previous exposure to the recruitment sector. You will be highly professional with solid communication and presentation skills and able demonstrate high degrees of motivation, drive and commitment. This role requires an intelligent individual with a polished approach, high expectations and a strong desire to achieve.
The successful candidate can expect a base salary circa 18-21k with an uncapped OTE of 45-50k in the first year plus an additional benefits package.
